What Happens After You Apply

Once you submit your application, here is what you can expect.

  • After your application is submitted, our team reviews the information you provided about your symptoms, health history, and goals.

    This allows us to determine whether FemWell is the right level of care for your needs.

    You will typically hear from our team within 2–3 business days.

  • When you decide to move forward, you will receive access to the FemWell onboarding process.

    During this step:

    • your initial labs will be ordered
    • you will receive access to the FemWell portal & electronic patient chart
    • you will schedule your first optimization session

    Our care coordinator will guide you through this process so everything feels clear and organized.

  • Once your lab results are available, your first 60-minute optimization session will take place.

    During this session we review your labs in depth, identify the physiologic patterns affecting your health, and build your personalized FemWell care plan.

    This is where the real clarity begins.
